Sub: Revised DEPB Rates

Dear Sir,

We wish inform that the Director General of Foreign Trade, Government of India has notified the Revised DEPB rates for various products including leather and leather products vide Public Notice No.17 ( RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 12.7.2007.

Members may please note that the DEPB rates for leather and leather products have been raised upwards by 3%.

Members may also note that the revised DEPB rates are effective from 1.4.2007 as per Public Notice No.18 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 13.7.2007.

The schedule of revised DEPB rates in respect of leather & leather products vis-à-vis old rates along with the said Public Notices are enclosed herewith for information and reference of member-exporters.
