Sub: MDA grant to Exporters,

Dear Sirs,

As per revised MDA guidelines w.e.f. April 1, 2004, exporting Companies with an F.O.B. value of exports upto Rs.5 crore in the preceding year will be eligible to avail MDA assistance for participation in Council led Trade Delegations/BSMs/Fairs/ Exhibitions abroad. However, this will be subject to the condition that the exporter is having complete 12 months Membership with the concerned EPC and is filing monthly returns (Monthly Export Data) with the Council regularly.

Hence Members are requested to submit their Monthly Export Data to the Council regularly to avail MDA grant. Please note that MDA Applications from Members who are not submitting monthly export returns regularly to the Council, cannot be considered by the Council.
