Sub : Amendments in Focus Product
Scheme (FPS) andFocus Market Scheme (FMS)
Dear Members,
We wish to inform you that the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT)
has made some amendments with regard to filing of applications under the Focus
Product Scheme (FPS) and Focus Market Scheme (FMS) vide Public Notice no. 100
(RE-2007) 2004-09 dated 16.1.2008 & Public Notice no. 103 (RE-2007) 2004-09
dated 17.1.2008.
Accordingly, the revised application forms ANF 3 E for FPS and ANF 3 D
for FMS have also been given as Annexures to Public Notice No. 100
Members may please note that certain paragraphs concerning last date for
filing application in Public Notice No. 100 have been replaced by Public Notice
No. 103.
