No.14/005/Road Show- B2B- Spain / 2008-09 April 4, 2008 Members of the Council Dear Members, Sub: Road Show - B2B meetings in SPAIN: May 27-30, 2008 We are now pleased to inform you that the Council is proposing to organize an Investment Promotion Programme (Road Show) in Spain during May 27-30, 2008 to create an awareness of the Indian leather industry's growth potential and investment opportunities available for Spanish investments into India, and to give a platform for Indian and Spanish companies to hold business discussions over B2B meetings. The Road Show - B2B meetings will be held in two important clusters of Spain namely Madrid and Alicante. The Programme Schedule drawn up is attached herewith for your information. Members desirous of attending the Road Show - B2B meeting programme in Spain may inform their interest to CLE by filling up the enclosed REGISTRATION FORM. 1) Who should attend Road Show-B2B meetings in Spain? - Members of leather & leather products industry including non-leather footwear and footwear components, which have interest for marketing / business tie-ups and entering into joint venture collaborations with Spanish entrepreneurs. 2) What you will get? - You may get an opportunity to meet Spanish entrepreneurs and other stakeholders operating in the Spanish leather industry. Over B2B meetings, you may get introduced to them, and business cards exchanged for future contacts. You may also bring a few important product samples and your company brochure, which will be useful for you to interact with Spanish companies. 3) Participation Fee: There is no participation fee for taking part in the Road Show - B2B meeting programme at Spain. 4) Travel Expenses: Members joining the event have to make their own traveling arrangements such as air fare, accommodation, hospitality, local transport etc at their own cost.
