List of Enclosures to the Application Form – For New Units
  1. Application Form - IDLS I
  2. Declaration as stated in the Application Form IDLS I, duly supported by an Affidavit on Rs.10/- stamp paper attested by Notary.  Declaration Text is given at the end.
  3. PAN card copy
  4. Brief profile of the company and Audited Balance Sheet  (with Schedules)
  5. SSI Registration Certificate (latest) – if SSI unit
  6. Company Incorporation Certificate, if applicable
  7. Partnership Deed, if applicable
  8. Sales Tax / VAT Registration Certificate
  9. Building completion Certificate – from Chartered Engineer
  10. Registered Lease Deed for 5 years (in case of rented premises)
  11. NOC from Fair Department and Pollution Control Board (as applicable)
  12. Details of the machines and equipment (make, technical specifications, capacity, accessories etc) in the form of self-certified copies of – Proforma Invoice or Purchase Order or Delivery Note or Invoice.
  13. Details required in the cases of indigenous local machinery (as per the prescribed Format)
  14. Details required in the cases of imported (new or reconditioned) machinery (as per the prescribed Format)
  • In the case of imported reconditioned machines – year of make, warranty period (if any) also have to be mentioned.
  1. Existing facilities, if any (factory addresses, list of existing machinery etc), and planned modernization.
  2. Incremental benefits after modernization
  3. Certified IDLS Form II – if already financial appraisal has been carried out.
  4. Copy of Letter of Application to Bank (if applicable)
  5. Copy of Sanction Letter from Bank (if applicable)
