Indian Institute of Leather Products [ IILP ]

The Indian Institute of Leather Products (IILP), jointly sponsored by the All India Skin and Hide Tanners and Merchants Association (AISHTMA) and Indian Bank, was established in 1992 with the primary objective of training people for the footwear, garment and goods industries. IILP is governed by a board of directors representing the sponsoring agencies, private sector industry, supporting financial institutions, the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) and the Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI).
 
The Institute offers courses of one year/six months/three months duration and draws candidates from all over the country.
 
Through unique and scientific training methodology and qualified and experienced trainers who are trained abroad, the Institute offers high quality training and opportunity to work on imported machines.
