IDLS scheme - amendment notification dated 12.6.2008

Sub : Integrated Development of Leather Sector (IDLS ) Scheme – amendments reg.

Dear Member,

We wish to state that the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has made an amendment in respect of para no. 2.1 of the IDLS scheme vide Notification No. 5(18)/2002-Leather dated June 12, 2008. The amendment is regarding definition of a unit eligible for assistance under IDLS scheme.

A copy of the aforesaid Notification is enclosed herewith for reference of members.
