The database in the Software was thoroughly checked by the respective agencies and every effort has been taken to ensure that correct details have been fed in to the software. However, in view of the enormity of the exercise since the database appearing in the software covering about 5 year period, there might have been a few incomplete fields or incorrect information as the case may be. Wherever the applicants’ found any such instances, the applicants are advised to contact the respective agencies CLRI , FDDI , SIDBI , by e -mail under copy to the CLE, and bring the discrepancy to their attention. This will be examined and if found appropriate, the database will be modified to reflect the correct information

As stated before, the content in the Software is informative only, and is not to be construed to be final in all respects. The applicants should always check up in case of discrepancy with agencies as mentioned above, and the decision of these agencies will be final and will prevail over the software. No legal action whatsoever will arise due to any incorrect information in the software.
