Export Promotion Programmes under MAI - 2012-13

Dear Member,
Sub: Export Promotion Programmes under MAI - 2012-13
As you are kindly aware, the Council has been undertaking various Export Promotional activities under MAI Scheme of Govt of India. In fact, the substantial funding assistance from Dept. of Commerce through MAI scheme has indeed facilitated SME units to participate in prominent International Leather Fairs, Stand-alone Events of the Council and showcase their latest product designs & collections. Thus, the Council’s participation has resulted in creating a niche for Indian Leather Products in the perception of the Overseas Buyers / Importers and provided ample opportunity for enhancing our market share.
In this backdrop, during the financial year 2012-13, the Council has planned to undertake the following Export Promotion Programmes.

The Council is in the process of firming-up the above programmes in consultation with the Indian Missions of the respective countries. Hence, further necessary details about the Event, finalized dates, participation fee etc will be communicated to Members in due course.
