Procedure for becoming a Member of the Council

Those persons, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), Firms, Joint Stock Companies, Co-operative Societies or Corporations can become a Member of the Council as per Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association. 

An applicant shall have to produce the following documents for becoming a member of the Council.

1.Membership application form (can be downloaded or online submission)
2.Membership fee through Cheque/DD
3.Export Performance for the last three years duly certified by Bank / CA
4.Copy of the Import Export Code Registration
5.SSI certificate in case of Manufacturer 
6.Industrial License Certificate in case of Large Scale Unit

Fees details:

If the previous year annual export value is below Rs.3 lakhs or nil, shall pay an entrance fee of Rs.2,500/- and membership fee of Rs.5,000/- (total Rs.7,500/-).

If the previous year annual export value is Rs.3 lakhs or more than Rs.3 lakhs shall pay an entrance fee of Rs.3,000/- and a membership fee as stipulated below based on the annual export value for a year. 

Rs.7000/- upto export FOB value of Rs.1 crore in the previous year
Rs.10000/- upto export FOB value of Rs.5 crores in the previous year
Rs.15000/- upto export FOB value of Rs.10 crores in the previous year
Rs.20000/- for export FOB value of Rs.10 crores and above in the previous year
