This special MDA package was implemented for a period of six months from October 2001 to March 2002, to enable the exporters to sustain their market development and export promotion efforts by undertaking frequent business tours and maintain constant contacts with the overseas buyers in the wake of uncertain market situation created by the developments in the USA.
