CORRIGENDUM

DRAWBACK/PN-6/2002                                                    NEW DELHI, the 17th July, 2002

G.S.R.503 (E): In the Notification No.33/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 29th May, 2002, published in part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), vide G.S.R.392(E), dated the 29th May, 2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein, in the following manner:-

1. At pages 34,35 and 36 in Chapter 42, the wordings ‘All Leather goods …….’ Appearing in the description of the goods in Column 2 against Serial / Sub-serial Nos. 42.25, 42.26, 42.27, 42.32 and 42.33 shall be read as ‘All other Leather goods ……’
   
   

2. At pages 54,55,57 and 58 in Chapter 64, the wordings ‘….imported under Notification No. 21/2001-Cus dated 1st March, 2002…..’, appearing in the description of the goods in Column 2 against Serial / Sub-Serial Nos.64.06, 64.10, 64.20 and 64.23 shall be read as’….imported under Notification No. 21/2002-Cus dated 1 March, 2002…..’.
