We append below a copy of Drawback Public Notice No.7/2002 dated Oct 16, 2002 issued by Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi on the above captioned subject. This amendment pertains to nomenclature of “Glove Liners” which is one of the permitted items for duty free import under the Customs Notification No.72/2002 dated 23.7.2002.
