1. Customs Circular No.6/2003 dated Jan 28, 2003 regarding conversion of free Shipping bills into Advance Licence / DEPB /DFRC/Drawback shipping bills and conversion of shipping bills from one export promotion scheme to another
2. Customs Circular No.7/2003 dated Feb 5, 2003 in connection with admissibility of drawback and Market verification for ascertaining the present market value under DBK scheme.
