Sub: DEPB scheme extended until Dec 31, 2005
As members are aware, the DEPB scheme was notified to be in force upto 30.09.2005 vide Customs Notification No.96/2004-Customs dated 17.09.2004 read with Notification No.31/2005-Customs dated 30.3.2005.
In this background, we wish to inform that the Ministry of Finance, Government of India has extended the applicability of the DEPB scheme till 31.12.2005. Notification No.89/2005-Customs dated 04.10.2005 issued in this regard is attached herewith for your reference.
Member-exporters may kindly take note of the above and accordingly avail the DEPB scheme.
