Dear Members,

We append below the following circulars issued by DGFT, New Delhi for your information and ready reference.

  1. Policy Circular No.27(RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated Oct 5, 2005 in connection with the Duty Free Credit Entitlement (DFCE) scheme under the erstwhile Exim Policy (2003-04), clarifying the scope and meaning of the nexus with the product group

  2. Policy Circular No.28(RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated Oct 6, 2005 regarding DEPB message exchange with Customs, specify therein the procedures and verification/ registration system for the DIPP licenses which are based on EDI DEPB shipping bill(s) issued on or after 01.10.2005 by 23 identified Customs EDI Ports 

  3. Policy Circular No.30 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated Oct 10, 2005, regarding importability of alternative inputs allowed as per SION under DFRC scheme

    Member-exporters may kindly peruse the above policy circulars and accordingly avail the DFCE, DFRC and DEPB schemes.
