Sub: Suggestions for AAYAAT-NIRYAAT form
As you are aware in the Annual supplement to the National Foreign Trade Policy announced on April 8, 2005, a single consolidated application form called “AAYAAT NIRYAAT FORM” was introduced as measure to simplify documentation procedures in availing various export promotion schemes enshrined in the Foreign Trade Policy
The said Aayaat-Niryaat form was notified in part III of the Handbook of Procedures.
In this connection, the DGFT has now sought the views /suggestions from the members of leather trade & industry regarding suitability of the AAYAAT –NIRYAAT Form in terms of procedural simplification and also any further modifications which need to be done to make it more user-friendly.
We therefore, request you to kindly provide your valuable views / suggestions for modification of the AAYAAT-NIRYAAT Form to make it more simpler in availing the schemes. Your views may please be sent before 25th Oct to Council’s H.O. in Chennai by e-mail or fax.
