Extract of Customs Notification No-102/2005 (NT) dated 18.11.2005
G.S.R. (E).- In pursuance of rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.36/2005-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2nd May, 2005, G.S.R.267(E), dated the 2nd May, 2005, (hereinafter referred to as the said notification),
1. In the Schedule to the said notification,-
(b) in CHAPTER 42, for tariff item 420203 and the corresponding entries under columns 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the following tariff item and entries shall be substituted,
