Dear Members,
Sub: Focus Product Scheme & Focus Market Scheme - Extension of time limit
We invite to your attention Council’s circulars issued under reference Nos. 14/005/106/2006 from time to time giving complete details of the Focus Product Scheme / Focus Market Scheme and the applications forms etc as notified by the DGFT.
In this connection, we now forward herewith a DGFT Notification No. 91(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 29th March 2007, extending the last date of filing applications under Focus Product & Focus Market schemes upto 31st March 2008 in respect of export made from 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007.
While on the subject, we would like to state that according to information obtained from DGFT Office Delhi, the application for Focus Product & Focus Market Schemes have to be filed only through E-com i.e. online submission of applications through DGFT website. Members may kindly note and accordingly avail benefit under these schemes.
