Please find attach herewith relevant extract of Public Notice No.8(RE-03)/2002-07 dated May 14, 2003 issued by Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi through which several amendments have been made in the Hand Book of Procedures Vol-I particularly in respect of deactivation of IEC, new comers, Bank Guarantee conditions, changes in EPCG , application fee for various schemes etc.
