Dear Members 

We append below a copy of the Customs Circular No.97/2003 dated 14.11.2003 issued by Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, in connection with the fixation of brand rate of duty drawback by the Central Excise field formations. 

In the said circular, clarification is provided for computing the duty drawback element on finished leather / lining leather for the purpose of fixing the Brand Rate of Drawback for leather products.
