Dear Members,
We append below the following Circulars issued by Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Mumbai for information and necessary guidance to the members.
1.
RBI Circular A.P(DIR Series) No.40 dated Dec 5, 2003, liberalizing the procedure for write-off of outstanding export dues and extension of period of realization beyond 180 days.
2. RBI Circular A.P(DIR Series) No.46 dated Dec 9, 2003 in respect of booking of forward contracts based on past performance of previous year or average of last three years performance.
Member-exporters may please note the aforesaid changes in RBI regulations, concerning export of goods & services and avail the facilities accordingly.
