1. Circular issued by Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Mumbai - RBI Circular AP(DIR series) No.72/2004 dated Feb 20, 2004, in respect of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 under import of Goods into India
2. Circular issued by DGFT - Policy Circular No.27(RE-2003)/2002-07 dated Feb 16, 2004 regarding changes has been made in connection with textile and textile articles as per the ITC (HS) classification.
3. Circular issued by Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs - Customs Circular No.13/2004 dated Feb 12, 2004 regarding Post-audit of fixation of brand rates.
