Sub: Online filing of returns / applications to DGFT
We append below a copy of Policy Circular No.31 (RE-2003)/2002-2007 dated April 1, 2004 in respect of electronic filing of annual trade returns and also various applications for licences / scrips under specific schemes, enshrined in the Exim Policy. The circular is self explanatory. This is for information and necessary guidance of member-exporters.
In this connection, we would like to mention that Council had already issued detailed circulars from time to time in the subject of matter of online filing of trade returns by IEC holders to DGFT and also use of digital signature facility for submitting applications electronically to DGFT for various purposes, in order to avail the benefit of licence fee concession. The circulars issued by the Council are available in the website of the Council
( www.leatherindia.org ) under the heading 'Policy'. Member-exporters may please refer the same for guidance in the matter..
