Dear Members,
Sub: Extension of the date for filing of application of duty free credit entitlement certificate for Status Holders for the period 2003-04
The last date for filing applications for availing Duty Free Credit Entitlement Certificate for Status Holders was earlier notified as 31.3.2005. In view of the fact that the prescribed application in Appendix 17D is yet to be notified, the DGFT has extended the last date of submission of application for DFC for the period 2003-04 which will be three months from the date of Notification of Appendix 17D.
A copy of the DGFT Policy Circular No.23/2004 dated 17.3.2005 issued in this regard is enclosed herewith for your perusal and reference.
