We wish to state that we have exported leather garments and have realized the sale proceeds amounting to Rs--------------(Rupees-------------------------------------------) A ‘certificate’ furnished by our banker towards total realization effected by us between 1st April 2002 and 31st March 2003 in respect of leather garments exported by us, is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
We hereby confirm and declare that the statement made above is true and correct to the best of our knowledge. We understand and agree that in the event of the above statement being found to be incorrect or false, our ‘Export Performance Certificate’ will be cancelled and we shall be liable for any other panel action that may be taken by the Council for Leather Exports or Government of India under the relevant rules.
